For stock blank goods 12 piece minimum per style could be one or assorted colors. For stock licensed apparel 36 piece minimum per style could be one or 3 assorted colors.

For blank goods, we offer FREE shipping on all orders of $300.00+ AUTOMATICALLY GET FREE GROUND SHIPPING OR 3 DAY AIR AT GROUND COST based on net list pricing (WITHIN THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES) For licensed apparel, we don't offer FREE shipping.

We advise customer of backorder and if customer is okay with waiting for product, product is produced within 7-14 days if domestic, if imported 90 days.

Yes - for custom colors we require MOQ (min order quantity) 1200-1500 units plus minus 5% depending on style. We could also do the custom neck prints. For custom neck print on stock goods we need 144 pcs for additional charge. For custom styles we need to see the product but normally we need 3000-5000 pcs.

For blank goods, we have a 30-day return policy with 20% restocking fee. No returns and/or allowances will be accepted without prior authorization; when and if approved must be prepaid. Please inspect before processing. No return allowed after any type of process. Any claims should be made within 72 hours of receipt of goods.

After 15-days, you cannot return the item Item cannot be worn or damaged If the FITTING is not right, this does not qualify for a return. Package must be original.

All freight claims for missing or damaged merchandise must be filed directly with the carrier except UPS and Fed-Ex shipments.

Yes, we can help you by catering to your needs in terms of price breaks and quick turnaround of larger orders combining our domestic and overseas production. We do carry large inventory of fabrics in-house to help expedite speed to market.
