We offer a full service of shipping options from parcel, to LTL, and TL. Our preferred shipping method is FedEx. However, we can ship with UPS using your shipping account number. For same day shipping, all orders must be submitted before 3:00PM EST (Eastern Standard Time). Orders placed after 3:00PM EST (Eastern Standard Time) and all orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed for shipment on the following business day, pending verification of payment and shipping information. Shipping Confirmation- All orders submitted should accompany an order confirmation that is provided by your friendly Customer Service Rep. Expert Brand will not pay for expedited shipments on orders that were not confirmed.
Pick-up & Delivery - Expert Brand will ship merchandise specified by the customer using the preferred carrier as described in the purchase order. Our Fedex and UPS driver arrive at 4:30PM PST (Pacific Standard Time). Customer pick-up service is available 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (Pacific Standard Time), Monday through Friday. An email confirmation with packing list will be sent once your order is ready. You may also call to confirm your order is ready to pick up.

Valid on orders shipped to the 48 contiguous US states via standard shipping. Typical transit time is 2-5 business days. This promotion applies to orders submitted with Net List Pricing.
Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska
We do ship to P.O. Box addresses using United States Postal Services (USPS). We do recommend our customer to create their own shipping label by visiting the USPS website. Box weight and dimensions can be provided prior to creating a shipping label.
We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. Our preferred method of shipping to International account is to ship to a freight forwarder that is within the contiguous U.S. We can ship direct to an international account, please contact your Customer Service Representative for more details. All international orders must be paid with a wire transfer for shipping to an international address.
At time of checkout, based on the weight of product in your shopping cart, you will be provided with an estimated freight charge. Please note though, final freight charges will be determined prior to shipment.
All freight claims for missing or damaged merchandise must be filed directly with the carrier except UPS and Fed-Ex shipments.
