DO YOU ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?

We do accept international orders from any country but payment must be sent through wire transfer.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING METHODS?

Fedex Ground/UPS/USPS and truckload for bulk orders.

DO WE OFFER FREE FREIGHTS?

Yes - all orders of $300.00+ AUTOMATICALLY GET FREE GROUND SHIPPING OR 3 DAY AIR AT GROUND COST based on net list pricing (WITHIN THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES)

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN MY ORDER IS ON BACKORDER?

We advise customer of backorder and if customer is okay with waiting for product, product is produced within 7-14 days if domestic, if imported 90 days.

DO YOU OFFER PRIVATE LABELS AND WHAT ARE THE MOQ?

Yes - for custom colors we require MOQ (min order quantity) 1200-1500 units plus minus 5% depending on style. We could also do the custom neck prints.

For custom neck print on stock goods we need 144 pcs for additional charge.

For custom styles we need to see the product but normally we need 3000-5000 pcs.

DO YOU HAVE A RETURN POLICY AND RESTOCKING FEE?

30-day return policy with 20% restocking fee.

WHAT IS YOUR TURN AROUND TIME FOR LARGE ORDERS?

Domestic: 30-45 days

Imports: 90-100 days

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN MY PACKAGE GETS LOST OR STOLEN?

All freight claims for missing or damaged merchandise must be filed directly with the carrier except UPS and Fed-Ex shipments.

CAN I EXPEDIATE AN ORDER?

Yes, a customer can expedite with their own account number or pass the cost on to the invoice.

DO YOU DELIVER TO MILITARY ADDRESSES?

Yes, we can ship to an APO and FBO address. We will ship on a standard service.
